Professional Experience:
A Little About Joe: Joe Stivers has lived in the
Huntsville area since 1969 and has been a
Texas Real Estate Broker for thirty years. His experience spans across
residential, commercial, farm and ranch property as well as 1031 Real
Estate Exchanges.
Over the past 18 years, Joe has served as the owner and Principal Broker
of Elkins Lake Real Estate, LLC, assisting hundreds of buyers and
sellers in their purchase and sale of upscale residential property and
homesites at Elkins Lake and throughout the Huntsville-Walker County
area. He also helps purchasers locate investment and recreational
property in East Texas. He believes that RE/MAX agents offer their
clients a unique experience in knowledgeable and ethical professionalism
in their real estate experience.
Joe has served as an officer of the Huntsville Board of REALTORS and is
a graduate of the first class of the Huntsville Leadership Institute.
He has been a member of the Huntsville-Walker Chamber of Commerce for
over 3 decades, serving as President in 1998, and is a former
Commissioner of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
Joe and his wife, Terry, are homeowners in Huntsville and have one son
and one daughter.
